The mill has 3 bedrooms – 2 on the main floor and a private studio up the stairs outside near the pool.

This house is built for hot weather, but there are days when you might want an air conditioner, or nights when there is a chill in the air.  We’ve provided both electric and gas radiators throughout the house as well as 3 air conditioning units.

Without being overly ecological, we ask that you turn off the AC and radiator units when you are not in the house.

Gas Heaters Instructions

1. Flip the switch on the clasp that is attached to the butane canister.

2. Press the dial for 10 seconds then turn it anti clockwise till you get to the spark (keep the dial pushed in)

3. Then continue turning the dial to the desired flame power

4. You should see a blue flame on the bottom of the unit

5. We recommend you put it on the smallest flame level

6. To turn off the units please turn the dial back to the vertical position and flip the canister clasp to turn off the gas flow

For your own safety please turn the gas units off before going to bed

Air-conditioners

Please do not run the units when you are not in the rooms as electricity costs on the island are crazy
